Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
Items ship via FedEx and USPS. We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico incur additional fees.
All orders are subject to credit card verification and stock availability.
Order by 1 pm PST for same-day shipping. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with delivery confirmation.
Shipping time is about 2 to 8 days for the domestic US.
Expedited shipments:
For expedited shipments, please contact us before placing your order. Orders must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time to be processed the same business day. Additional fees apply.
A Signature may be required upon delivery.
Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned packages, unless the error is on our part.
Holiday Ordering:
We highly suggest placing your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
Our warehouse does not ship orders on the weekends or Holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
Damaged or missing parts:
If any sculptures arrive broken or with missing pieces, we’ll replace them free of charge and cover the return shipping costs. Please submit damage claims with photos within 72 hours.
International Shipments:
We ship to all international destinations worldwide. Our preferred carriers are UPS and the US Postal Service. Once the package reaches your country, it will be processed and handled by foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. The customer is responsible for all import duties & taxes when the receiving address is outside of the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you're dissatisfied with your order, you can return items for a refund or exchange within 15 days. Refunds will be credited in the original payment form, minus original shipping charges for expedited shipments. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. For exchanges of equal value, there are no additional shipping or handling fees.

Cancel your order
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. If cancellation is requested after shipping, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
